The electronic Contract Proposal Submission (eCPS) is a component of NIAID’s integrated, secure system for the electronic submission, capture, tracking and review of NIAID R&D contract proposals. eCPS was developed for the purpose of streamlining our R&D contract proposal submission and review processes, preparing for the eventual elimination of paper submissions, and reducing costs associated with storage of large paper files.
eCPS is maintained by NIAID’s Office of Acquisitions (OA). To learn more about the OA, please visit: The Contracting portal for NIAID's Office of Acquisitions.
The following table represents NIAID R&D contract solicitations that are available for electronic proposal submission through eCPS. Please Note: Proposals will not be accepted through eCPS after the closing date and time. Potential offerors are instructed to go to FedBizOpps.gov for the full listing of active NIAID contract opportunities.
